DO YOU ASK QUESTIONS?
I have been working for 18+ years, 14 of which has been as an entrepreneur.
Over these years, I have had the opportunity to manage teams as large as 1,000+ people.
A lot of them have been from the best schools/colleges in the world. A lot of them have been from schools/colleges whose names we would not have heard of.
People from all sorts of background - economic, social, and mix.
So if someone were to ask me this question:
"Hey Ankur, what do you think is the #1 indicator of professional success?"
I would have my answer immediately ready.
Curiosity.

β
Irrespective of college, grades, background, experience - this one attribute is singularly, in my experience, something I have found in all top performers.
They are innately curious.
Before giving answers, they love asking questions.
And they are genuine when they do so.
Why does it work?
Because this curiosity drives learning.
They question why things happen a certain way, why people behave a certain way, why the results came out that way, how can they do better, how they can do different?
They question and that drives new ideas, new plans and new journeys.
Which is baffling, because we are ALL born with curiosity as a trait.
Remember how many questions we asked as a kid?
Why does this happen? Why does that happen? What happens when this happens, that happens?
We are ALWAYS asking questions.
Unfortunately, for most of us, this curiosity is crushed!
School, and even parents - silence us.
They qualify us asking questions as dumb.
They say that asking questions is irritating.
They suggest answering, instead of questioning.
So over time, we stop.
But the ones who don't, keep moving forward!
Here are 3 ways for you to inculcate curiosity as an innate habit.
Do this for 30 days and you will be a changed person. I guarantee you!
Ready to try?

Do you own any crypto?
Here are the results
As expected, the younger you are, the more keen you are on Crypto.
Notice how in the 30s, 60% either own or intend to own Crypto, which goes down to 40% for those above 40.
I also say that's the right way. The older you get, the less risk one should take and thus less investments in volatile assets, such as crypto.
My answer:
I own Crypto. Only 3 coins though - BTC, ETH and SOL.

I had to ask! When I met my current wife, Ruchi, at the age of 19 while in college, she was way out of my league! I was the super geeky and serious kid.I had strong notions about what is right and wrong.I was too uptight.I would even call myself sad at that point.Too serious. And took myself too seriously. She, on the other hand, was the Shahrukh Khan in everybodyβs life.Happy and going with the flow :))Forever smiling.Everyone adored her.Her happiness made everyone else happy around her. We...
If it's just hard work, why wouldn't you do it? Our colony had the Tennis Singles Finals this morning. I lost. While I feel slightly bad about it, I am happy about 2 things: 1/ I didn't play it safe. I played aggressively and took my chances. It's another thing that most chances did not work out :)) But I tried! 2/ I know exactly where I went wrong and what I need to do to fix it. The distance between where I am and where I wish to be can be covered by hard work. You see, a lot of us are...
5 things I believed to be true when I was a kid; only to realize they are not! Money is finite. If one becomes rich, someone else becomes poor. I was convinced that there was only a limited amount of money in the world. And that the rich make money by taking it from someone else. Wealth is only distributed. Today, I know wealth can be created. By adding value. I shared an example of Maggi in my book, Make Epic Money. A pack of Maggi costs 10/20 rupees. But open it, cook it, add some veggies...
